REMEDIAL & SUPPLEMENTARY PROGRAMMES

A whole-school approach is adopted in the weekly remedial programme for all examination subjects. Teachers conduct lessons outside curriculum time for pupils who needs extra lessons. These pupils are selected based on their performance in their written work. Teachers of the more academically-able pupils conduct enrichment or supplementary lessons.

ON-LINE SHARING OF RESOURCES

All teachers have access to the S-Link portal where they can find a repository of teaching resources produced by teachers from other schools. Our teachers also contribute resources by uploading their lesson materials into the portal.

LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAMMES

Primary 3 pupils attend weekly swimming lessons as swimming is a useful skill to acquire.

PROGRAMME FOR ACTIVE LEARNING

The Programme for Active Learning, known as PAL in short, is one of the recommendations of the Primary Education Review and Implementation (PERI) Committee to raise the primary education to a new level. The proposed changes seek to ensure that our young are equipped not just with content knowledge, but also with the necessary skills and values to thrive in a fast changing and globalised future.
