Application for Cold Drink Stall

1. Our requirements are as follows:

   • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.

   • Provide drinks and fruits that meets the health/nutritional standards set by Health Promotion Board (HPB). 

                                       i.     Mineral water

                                     ii.     Non-carbonated isotonic drinks

                                    iii.     Milk

                                    iv.     Herbal drinks

                                     v.     Non-sugared drinks

                                    vi.     Fruit juice (freshly squeezed)

                                   vii.     Cut fruits

                                 viii.     Other healthy drinks proposed by applicant (optional)

• Successful applicant will only be allowed to sell packet drinks with the exception of mineral water.

• Successful applicant will only sell drinks that have a HPB nutri-grade mark of A & B.

• Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall licence from Singapore Food Agency (SFA).

• Successful applicant and stall assistant must possess the WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate.

• Provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices determined in consultation with the school.

• Maintain high standard of food and personal hygiene.

• Preferably possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.

• Application form must be completed and submitted to the school’s General Office by Friday, 30 Oct 2026 with the following documents:
  Photocopy of the applicant’s NRIC (front and back)

• Proposed menu and pricing

• Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene, etc.

Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.  Shortlisted applicants would be required to undergo an interview and to provide samples of the drinks they intend to sell. Please note that operation of the stall will commence from 4 January 2027.
