2026 Kestrel Club Scouts FCSA

Kheng Cheng School - Kestrel Cub Scouts has been awarded the Frank Cooper Sands Award (FCSA) Year of Assessment 2025 under the Preliminary Results Release. Created in 1995, FCSA is awarded annually to sectional Scout units for unit excellence to honour the father of Scouting in Singapore. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our school leaders for their guidance and support over the years as well as all our colleagues for your continued support towards our scouting activities.
